Bride + Groom | Wedding Questionnaire


This first section is just basic information about the wedding day! Here are a few tips to know beforehand:

  • Make sure there is natural light in the room where the bride will be getting ready (window light). This makes a WORLD of difference in your images! I promise!
  • If possible, try to have all bridal details together before the photographer arrives. (Dress, jewelry, shoes, bouquet, garter, veil, etc) This will make the detail shots more efficient!
  • Keep the area near the window free of trash, bags, snacks, etc. This will be where the bride will be putting on her dress! (We don’t need any Aquafina bottles in our bridal portraits :).
  • Allow more time than you think you need to get ready! It’s better to be safe than RUSHED! Give yourself more time than you think you need for hair and make-up. Trust me.
  • Relax and have fun! You’re getting MARRIED!! I am so honored to share in this day with you.

If you do a first look then we will do all of the portraits before the ceremony and will go straight to the reception after. If we do NOT do a first look, then we will do bridal party portraits, groomsmen portraits, and as many separate family portraits as possible before the wedding. After the ceremony, you need to plan for at least 1 hour for additional family portraits, entire wedding party portraits, and your bride and groom portraits.

If you are NOT doing a first look and would like natural light portraits for you bride and groom portraits then I recommend that you have your ceremony 1.5 hours before sunset. If you are not doing a first look and sunset time is before or during your ceremony, then your bride and groom portraits will be night portraits. If you have questions about this, please let me know.
Please let us know if your ceremony venue has any regulations that we need to adhere to. Ex: No flash photography, photographers are not allowed past last pew, etc.

WEDDING VENDOR INFORMATION
This information is important in the event of an emergency on the Wedding day & it is also needed if your Wedding is submitted for publication (magazines or blogs). When submitting to any publication, they will need all of your vendor information. Please complete whatever information applies to your Wedding!

If you will have a videographer, please let us know so that we can chat with them about your wedding day timeline.
